Mentors

The Role of a TAI mentor is to share with a mentee(or protege) information about his own career path, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources for our TAI men.  Our Mentors follow the Four C's of Mentorship:  Consultant, Counselor, Coach, and be their Chief Advocate.  TAI is working to shape our mentees into other leaders, rather than just good followers.  Outcomes are the long-term impact of mentoring that can offer their life- and career life-changing benefits to the mentee and mentor.

How do you become a mentor:

Complete the inquiry form on the mentee/mentor page, successfully complete the interview and background check, attendee all mentee training course?
